You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to collect at your local store. We endeavour to have our Click & Collect orders shipped and ready for collection within 7 days. All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

We ask that Click & Collect orders be collected at the selected Fox Racing Australia retailer within 7 business days of you receiving an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. If you are unable to collect your order within 7 business days, please contact your selected Fox Racing Australia retailer to organise an alternative pick-up day.

If you are unsure of what size helmet or clothing item you need, we strongly recommend working with your local authorised Fox Racing Australia retailer or contact our customer service team at customerservice@foxracing.com.au to help you choose the correct size. Our retailers are there to support you and help you with your cycling journey. We endeavour to have accurate sizing charts on our product pages, but if you're still unsure, please reach out to your local retailer to discuss what will best suit your needs.

We offer a 14-day ‘Change of Mind’ Return Policy subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale (view). For all purchases made on foxracing.com.au, these items will need to be returned back to us directly to the address on the Returns (RMA) Form.
